Terms of Service

These terms govern use of PacketComplete, a service that helps loan brokers collect documents and information from their clients. By creating an account or using a checklist link, you agree to them.

The service

PacketComplete lets brokers build document checklists, send them to borrowers via a private link, receive uploads and answers, send automated reminders, review submissions, and download completed packets. We may improve or change features over time; we won't materially reduce the core service you pay for without notice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Borrower links are credentials: anyone holding a request's link can view and submit to that request, so share them only with the intended borrower.

Your responsibilities as a broker

• Only request documents you are authorized to collect, from people you have a genuine business relationship with.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business — including financial-privacy, licensing, and anti-spam rules — when you use PacketComplete to contact clients.
• Do not use the service to collect information deceptively, to impersonate others, to distribute malware, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that do.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly and start after a 14-day free trial that requires no payment method. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; we don't offer partial-month refunds. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

Your data

You own the content you and your borrowers submit. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service (storing, encrypting, transmitting, and displaying that content to authorized parties). Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete requests — and the documents in them — at any time, and export your files whenever you like.

Service availability and disclaimers

We work to keep PacketComplete fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PacketComplete is a document-collection tool: it does not provide legal, lending, or compliance advice, and features such as document freshness flags rely on information provided by borrowers and are aids, not guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PacketComplete's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost deals.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon account deletion, your requests and stored documents are permanently deleted.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of PacketComplete's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
